The service of ordering fragments of documents from the RSL collections is to be paid. The price charged covers the money expended by the RSL for providing the service. In compliance with part 5 of clause 1275 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, we can only issue a short fragment. You can obtain the entire text of the original document free of charge only in an RSL reading room.
